No Call, No Show Policy

At Radiant Esthetics, we try to uphold a No Show policy. Meaning 15 minutes past the appointment time, if we fail to receive communication with a client they will be required to pay 75% of the service. If planning to rebook in the future, the client will be required to pay the fee for the no call before they can rebook & put a deposit down for the next booked service. We do this because time is money & with a no show that took away time where we could have been making money.

Cancellation Policy

All services canceled with the 24 hour window before the appointment without reasoning will be required to pay 50% of the service cost. If an emergency occurs, we will work with you to either reschedule or cancel your appointment. We understand, life happens.
